Cafe Rio Mexican Grill

This location has truly become a really bad Cafe Rio! The service is horrible and the food quality has gone gone way down hill. Word to the wise, check your togo orders very carefully. They are NEVER correct! Today we received someone else order and did not realize it until we got home. This is our last time eating at Cafe Rio!

The food is good but I think every time I’ve gone here at least one thing is wrong with my order. They have forgotten chips, salad dressings, and/or gotten meats wrong for our salads about 5/10 times we have been here. Yikes.

I ordered 2 tacos with corn tortillas with Doordash: one with sweet pork and one with fire roasted chicken along with rice and beans. My food was scheduled to arrive at 08:48PM and did not arrive until 09:27PM and the Doordasher kept an open line of communication with me the entire time stating he was waiting on Cafe Rio to complete the order. When I got my food both tortillas were soggy to the point I could not even pick them up, I got the wrong tortillas (flour instead of corn), both tacos were shredded chicken, and there was barely any beans. I have never had this bad of service here before but they went above and beyond to get my order wrong.
